We are big on bikes at the Tahoe Sports Hub! Offering a great selection of some of the best brands out there is important to us. For the 2024 bike season we are currently a dealer for five quality brands that allow us to get you into the right model in any category of bike. Whether you need a new mountain bike, e-bike, gravel rig, commuter, or just something for occasional recreation; we have you covered.

We specialize in mountain bikes, the staff at the shop is full of single track enthusiasts (borderline addicts)! Full suspension bikes are the main focus of what we stock on the retail floor and the models that we put into the demo fleet.

Let’s get into some specific models that are the bread and butter of bikes that we sell. All of these models are amazing bikes for the greater Tahoe area.

Santa Cruz Hightower - 150mm front / 145mm rear travel with a 29” wheelset. This is one of the most well rounded and balanced bikes Santa Cruz makes.

Juliana Furtado - 140mm front / 130mm rear travel with a mixed wheelset (mullet). A snappy and playful short travel trail bike that is women’s specific. Great option for smaller riders looking to keep things manageable.

Orbea Rallon - 170mm front / 167mm rear travel with the option of running as a full 29” bike or a mixed wheel. This is our best selling long travel enduro bike because it is light and maneurverable and pedals great. This bike feels more like a long travel trail bike than an enduro race sled.

Orbea Occam - 160mm front / 150mm rear travel with a 29” wheelset. The Occam LT sits somewhere between a Rallon and a Hightower. This is a very capable bike that isn’t likely to feel under gunned unless you are riding a lot of bike park. The Occam LT is a quiver killer.

Trek Checkpoint - Front and rear ISO Speed lets the checkpoint frame absorb bumps and chatter to smooth the ride. That in conjunction with clearance for 700 x 45c tires makes this this one of the best performing gravel bikes out there.

Trek Allant+ 7S - The Allant line from Trek takes your standard commuter style e-bike and adds premium features to take it to the next level. Big battery capacity helps you get up to 75-90 miles out of a charge. A suspension fork means beat up mountain roads are a non issue. And the ability to hit a top speed of 28mph means you will be leaving other commuter style e-bikes in the dust.
