Tune Up for Spring!
Spring is here and a good tune up will go a long way toward keeping you sliding and not sticking when things get slushy. We offer three levels of tunes at the shop depending on what your setup needs.
Hot Wax - Our basic hot wax consists of a good coat of universal wax or upgrade to a premium wax and get a blend of higher end temperature specific wax.
Bronze Tune - Machined edge tune plus a hot wax with the option of setting specific base and side angles.
Silver Tune - Stone grind, edge, and wax. Adding a deeper base structure or “pattern” will help keep your setup feeling fast on warm spring days by reducing suction from a wet snowpack.
Gold Tune - Base weld all core shots and scratches, stone grind, edge, and wax. A gold tune will get you a full refresh, your skis or board may honestly ride better than new after a Gold Tune.
